Invisalign
Invisalign is a series of computer generated clear aligners that slowly straighten teeth without braces. The Invisalign aligners (or trays) are essentially invisible and are very comfortable for the patient to wear. Digital X-Rays
We imported our high-tech digital X-ray machines from Germany. We use digital radiography to reduce the amount of radiation you receive. Digital radiography requires less radiation to obtain an image and allows us to manipulate the image to gain more information. We are conservative in obtaining radiographs and order them only when needed. Digital films give us the capability to email films, save them to CD or print copies for you, your dentist or any other dental specialist involved in your treatment.

TADs
We use TADs (temporary anchorage devices) to help us treat certain cases faster and easier. These devices provide a fixed, immovable anchor for space closure, molar uprighting, correction of anterior open bites and many other tooth movements. In this way we are able to get results that may not have been accomplished with braces alone. The advantages to the patient include, greater comfort, i.e. no headgear, lip bumpers and other auxiliaries; speeds treatment and drastically reduces compliance required. Placing the temporary anchorage device is done in the office and is pain-free.

These information further allows us to plan tooth movement and "morph" images. With the system, we can use your images to educate you about your bite and show you how you may be able to benefit from orthodontic treatment. Throughout treatment, we can update the images to show you your tooth movement. Finally, at the end of your treatment, you will be able to compare your before and after photos.
